About Me

Hi, I'm Dina. For as long as I can remember, people have told me their stories. On planes, at dinner tables, and in social settings—something about me has always invited honesty and vulnerability from others, and I've always been drawn to help. I was coaching people long before I knew "coaching" was a job. In 2020, I made it official by training as a Certified Health Coach and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute.

So when I say health is wealth, I'm not talking about a slogan; I'm referring to years of learning, the hard way, how to undo the damage of a difficult start—through food (natural medicine), sleep, sunlight, movement, and the quiet daily disciplines most people overlook. I've used those same tools to get my own perimenopause and menopause symptoms under control. I'm almost 50 now, and by applying my own coaching approach to my lifestyle, my family and I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger. We don't experience brain fog or an afternoon energy crash; our minds stay clear and focused throughout the day, and I feel younger in my body than I have in years. I've lived through many of life's challenges—in one form or another—such as infertility and IVF, difficult relationships, the ongoing work of raising a strong-willed child, and 33 years of building a marriage that remains my favourite thing in the world.

I've learned to be patient, understanding, to forgive, and to set the kind of boundaries that protect a good life. My approach is honest, direct, and efficient. I won't do the work for you, but I'll give you the tools, the perspective, and the accountability to do it well—and to keep doing it long after we stop working together. If you're feeling stuck, unworthy, isolated or like something needs to change—whether that's how you eat, how you sleep, how you handle stress, or how you let others treat you—I'd love to talk. You are not defined by who you were when you were born. You are defined by who you choose to become.

HOW IT WORKS

Just Four Easy Steps

1.

Book a First Steps Session

A relaxed, honest conversation about where you are, what's getting in the way, and what you'd like to change. No pressure — if I'm not the right fit, I'll say so. We meet each other and I learn about your needs and goals.

2.

We build your plan together

We go deeper into your goals, habits, and the patterns that keep you stuck. You leave with a clear sense of what to work on and where to start.

3.

You put it into practice

Small, doable actions between sessions, with journaling in my secure system to track how it's going. We meet regularly to adjust, troubleshoot, and keep momentum.

4.

You keep going on your own

My aim isn't to keep you in sessions forever — it's to give you the tools, perspective, and self-discipline to sustain the change long after we stop working together.

FIRST STEPS SESSION: Relationship

One conversation can save years of disconnection. This first session is for relationships on the edge — where misunderstanding, silence, or unresolved hurt is creating distance. I hold a calm, confidential space where each person can speak, be heard, and move toward resolution — before things escalate into separation, legal fees, or lasting damage. It's an investment in repair, longevity, and the future of your relationship.

GIFT A SESSION

Gift a Session

The people who give the most are usually the last to be looked after. A gift session flips that — a session where someone you love gets to be the one who's cared for. They talk, I listen, and together we work through whatever's sitting heavy.

After purchasing a gift session, I'll send you a voucher to pass on, and they can book whenever they're ready.

What Clients Say

Real stories from clients who put the work in.

“I met Dina at a moment in my life when I was overwhelmed with work, and it had started affecting my personal life. As an introvert, I couldn’t imagine how I would open up to a complete stranger. Also, sometimes artists might be difficult to understand, and being one was another concern. Not only did I open up, but I also felt safe and free, as if I were talking to a friend. I guess that’s what I value most about her — the fact that I am not treated as a client, but as a friend.”

Anna M. (Sofia 🇧🇬)

“Before working with Dina, my partner and I were struggling to communicate through conflict and often felt hurt or misunderstood. From our very first session, she created a space where we both felt heard and supported without judgment. She gave us practical tools to navigate hard conversations more calmly and to better understand each other's triggers. It never felt like one person was right or wrong — Dina helped us work together as a team. We left more connected, and would highly recommend her to any couple.”

Stef P. (Melbourne 🇦🇺)

“Before I met Dina, I thought my diet and daily habits were normal and I couldn't understand why I was always tired and my menstrual cycle was inconsistent, but after Working with her, she has taught me so much about nutrition and and the types of foods to give me energy and stay full longer. Dina took the time to ask questions about my diet and everyday routine and created a plan for me to follow, It has been truly life-changing. Her guidance, support, and encouragement helped me build healthier habits, improve my mindset, and feel more confident in every areas of my life. I have followed the Plan created by Dina and my energy has significantly improved and my menstrual cycle is back on track. I highly recommend Dina to anyone looking to create positive and lasting change.”

Ria A. (Melbourne 🇦🇺)

“Before I started working with Dina, I was working night shift and occasionally worked a second job. I was always tired and couldn't sleep properly.. Working with Dina has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From day one, she created a supportive and motivating environment that helped me stay focused on my goals. Her advice was practical, encouraging, and truly tailored to my personal journey, which made a huge difference in both my physical health and overall mindset. I’ve gained more confidence, better daily habits, and a much healthier outlook on life thanks to her guidance. She genuinely cares about her clients and celebrate every step of progress along the way. I highly recommend Dina to anyone looking for positive change, accountability, and lasting results.”

Nelson M. (Sydney 🇦🇺)

"One of my biggest obstacles throughout the years was putting myself last. Dina helped me learn to be better at prioritizing, in addition to conducting exercises to help visualize and better understand my goals. She has an innate ability to genuinely connect with her clients and assisted me in strengthening my personal confidence to meet challenges head on. I am truly grateful for Dina for her honesty and consistency. I love myself even more today than ever! Thank you!"

Ray (Los Angeles 🇺🇸)

"Before my coaching sessions with Dina, I was feeling lost and stuck in my relationship. It was a difficult situation — my wife and I have young children together. Dina helped me through a dark, uncertain time. As a life coach, she cleared the thick fog in my mind so I could see where I was and what my head and heart wanted to do. We then met weekly for months to build a set of tools to better my relationship with my wife, and in turn we were able to function as a team for our children. She's easy to talk to and made all the difference. If I'd reacted based on how I felt at the time, my relationship probably would've ended — making it hard for my children to thrive with separated parents. I highly recommend Dina as a life coach. She always asked me the right questions rather than just listening to my side of the story. She's very diplomatic."

FAQ

Questions Answered

If you don't see your question answered here, please get in touch.

What do you actually help with?

A range of things — building sustainable health habits (food, sleep, movement, stress), navigating life transitions, setting boundaries in relationships, reconnecting with your sense of self-worth, and learning the self-discipline to keep new habits going. If you're feeling stuck, unworthy, or quietly certain that something needs to change, that's a good starting point.

What's the difference between health and life coaching — which do I need?

Health coaching focuses on the physical foundations: what you eat, how you sleep, how you move, how you handle stress. Life coaching focuses on the emotional and relational side: boundaries, mindset, decisions, transitions. In practice, the two are tangled together — most clients work on both. We'll figure out where to start once we talk.

How is this different from therapy?

I'm not a therapist, and coaching is not therapy. Therapy looks back to help you heal; coaching looks forward to help you change. If you're working through trauma or a mental health condition, therapy is the right place to start. If you're ready to build new habits, set boundaries, or move forward in your health or life, that's where I come in.

What does a session actually look like?

A real conversation. We talk about where you are, what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to change. I ask questions, I listen, and I offer practical tools and honest feedback. Between sessions, you'll have small, doable actions to put what we discussed into practice — and a journal in my system to track how it's going. How many sessions you need depends on what you're working on; my aim is to give you what you need to keep going on your own, not to keep you in sessions forever.

Do I need to be in Melbourne to work with you?

No. I work with clients in Melbourne and internationally. Sessions are held online over video, at a time that works across your timezone.

How does payment and booking work?

Sessions are paid at the time of booking through my secure system. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give me at least 24 hours' notice — outside that window, I'm unable to offer a refund. You can read the full policy on the Policies page

Is what I share with you confidential?

Yes. Anything you share with me in a session stays between us. I keep secure notes for my own reference, and I never share details about clients with anyone — including in marketing or testimonials — unless you specifically give permission.

How do I know if working together is the right fit?

Book an initial consultation. It's a relaxed conversation about what's going on for you, what you'd like to change, and whether my approach feels right. No pressure either way — if I'm not the right person, I'll say so honestly.
